I may not take the order if I can't complete it or it doesn't suit me

I retain the copyright and ownership of the completed work. This includes the right to showcase the work on my website, on social media, in my portfolio, or during broadcasts, unless otherwise agreed separately

I demonstrate the work in 30% quality, the customer receives the full version without a signature

The client receives exclusive rights only for personal use of the work. The work cannot be transferred, resold or distributed to third parties.

Commercial rights (for example, for use on products, streams, or for monetization purposes) are paid additionally

The client must provide all necessary references at the beginning of the work, the character design, the desired pose, as well as additional references. Sudden changes in the middle of the process can cost extra

Clients can request up to 3 major edits at the sketch stage for free. Further changes may require additional payment depending on the complexity

Major changes are not possible after the completion of the work, only if I made a mistake myself (for example, in character design)

1 week for the sketch, 3 weeks after the sketch is approved

30% sketch, 70% final

I will not refund the money, thank you for your understanding
